We have a great long-term opportunity for an exceptional executive protection specialist who will provide a close protection service for a high-net-worth client.
You should be based in the USA or willing to relocate there and have the right to work and reside in the States. The Principal is an international businessman traveling worldwide frequently, and you should be able to travel to the African countries, Europe, and the Middle East. The job role is a full-time and live-in position (you will live and stay at the Principal's property).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As an executive protection specialist on our team, your primary function is to identify, assess, and mitigate timely all threats to the Principal and prevent incidents from developing into an uncontrolled crisis. You would be expected to provide close protection discreetly, blending into the operational environment as much as possible. As a solo operator, you would be expected to multitask (driving, protecting, and investigating), conducting the following duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
Mission planning and the Principal briefing/debriefing,
Risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments;
Driving and transport management;
Travel planning and journey risk management;
TSCM sweeps, vehicle/people/venues search, surveillance detection, and surveillance countermeasures;
Ensuring the personal security and safety of the Principal and his assets in an unobtrusive way;
Providing and maintaining the Principal's personal protection while static/mobile, on foot/vehicle, at events/venues, on national/international travel;
Constant liaison with the Principal, our company, and others;
Resolving potential conflicts and incidents promptly, effectively, and professionally;
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned according to the needs of the Principal.

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills;
First-hand experience with high-net-worth clients;
The knowledge of close protection, protective intelligence, counter-surveillance, and protective surveillance/covert protection;
Active national/international recognized close protection certificate;
Current tactical emergency casualty care certificate (e.g., TCCC, FPOS-I, FREC, EMT-B) or equivalent;
Up-to-date firearms' competency certificate;
Skills/Certificate in defensive and evasive driving;
Clean criminal record;
Unarmed combat skills;
Physically, mentally, and medically fit;
Valid and clean driver's license;
High-school diploma (tertiary qualification) or GED;
Full professional working proficiency in both English and Hebrew;
Previous military background/experience;
At least 5 years of close protection experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Anti-kidnapping and hostile preparedness skills;
International operational experience (Africa, Europe, USA, and the Middle East);
Close protection course that is longer than two weeks (28 days is strongly desirable);
Proof of continuous professional development (yearly).
