Due to the increased scope of global business, our company is now seeking to increase its personal security specialists' database to assist us in providing close protection services in their home countries and internationally when it is required. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a personal protection specialist on our team, your primary function is to identify, assess, and mitigate timely all threats to the client and prevent incidents from developing into an uncontrolled crisis. You would be expected to provide close protection discreetly, blending into the operational environment as much as possible. As a member of the protective team or as a solo operator, you would be expected to conduct the following duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
Mission planning, threat assessment, risk analysis, and vulnerability screening;
Transport management, route/venue reconnaissance, and travel risk management;
Investigations and all-source intelligence gathering and analysis;
Counter-surveillance, counter-intelligence, technical surveillance counter-measures, and hostile surveillance detection;
Contingency planning, incident response planning/reporting, and emergency evacuation planning;
Ensuring the personal security and safety of the client and client's assets in an unobtrusive way;
Providing and maintaining the client's personal protection while static/mobile, on foot/vehicle, at events/venues, national/international travel;
Liaison with the client, team members, and others;
Resolving potential internal/external conflicts and incidents promptly, effectively, and professionally;
Emergency evacuation, extraction, and repatriation of the client from danger;
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned according to the needs of the client.

Mentally robust, resilient, resourceful, flexible, and able to adapt fast to new/changing circumstances;
Excellent attention to detail, people's skills, and the ability to react effectively and efficiently to emergency situations;
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service;
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills;
First-hand experience with high-net-worth clients;
The knowledge of close protection, protective intelligence, and protective surveillance/covert protection;
The knowledge of counter-surveillance, and discreet and covert radio communication;
Active national/international recognized close protection certificate;
Your country's license (e.g., SIA, PSIRA, CNAPS);
Current tactical emergency casualty care certificate (e.g., TCCC, FPOS-I, FREC) or equivalent;
Up-to-date firearms' competency certificate;
Clean criminal record;
Unarmed combat skills;
Physically, mentally, and medically fit;
Valid and clean driver's license;
High-school diploma (tertiary qualification);
Full professional working proficiency in English;
At least 5 years of close protection experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Security Risk Management Certificate/Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in the security-related field;
Previous background/experience in one of the following: military, police, intelligence, prison service, and emergency response services (strongly desirable);
Certificate in defensive and evasive driving;
Certificate in surveillance;
Certificate in intelligence gathering/analysis;
Cybersecurity awareness skills;
Anti-kidnapping and hostile preparedness skills;
Hands-on operational experience of your country/region;
Experience with international clients and in multinational teams;
Close protection course that is longer than two weeks (28 days is strongly desirable);
Proof of continuous professional development (yearly);
Knowledge of the local/foreign language;
Leadership and crisis management experience is a plus.
